At Belmont Dental Associates, we believe that everyone is entitled to a healthy and attractive smile regardless of their financial position. As a fully fee-for-service practice, we are committed to transparency and providing flexible options to help you plan for your dental care.

Insurance Information

We are a fee-for-service practice and are not in network with any insurance companies. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation so you can submit a claim to your provider for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Our team is always available to help answer questions about how this process works.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:

• Check

*A 3% transaction fee will be applied to payments made by credit card.

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.

We also offer:

• A 10% senior discount for patients aged 65 and older
• An 8% pre-pay discount when treatment is paid in full at least 3 days prior to appointment

Financing Options

If you prefer to finance your dental treatment instead of paying upfront, we offer two third-party financing options:

Financing with CareCredit

CareCredit provides flexible financing plans to help you manage the cost of your dental care. You can apply for CareCredit on their website or pick up an application from our office.

Cherry Financing
