The staff at Belmont Dental Associates is dedicated to helping patients navigate the sometimes-complex dental insurance process, and welcomes any questions you may have regarding your specific insurance plan or claims processing questions. While we may not participate with your dental insurance plan we do work with out of network insurance claims under the condition that you have a PPO plan. Any insurance plan out of our network will be handled as follows, payment is expected at time of service. We will electronically file all dental claims on your behalf at the date of service to simplify the process for our patients. Once the claim is submitted it typically takes a few weeks to receive a reimbursement check from your insurance company via mail.
