The staff at Belmont Dental Associates is dedicated to helping patients navigate the sometimes-complex dental insurance process, and welcomes any questions you may have regarding your specific insurance plan or claims processing questions. While we may not participate with your dental insurance plan, we do work with out of network insurance claims under the condition that you have a PPO plan. Any insurance plan out of our network will be handled as follows; payment is expected at time of service. We will electronically file all dental claims on your behalf at the date of service to simplify the process for our patients. Once the claim is submitted, it typically takes a few weeks to receive a reimbursement check from your insurance company via mail.
We have simplified the paperwork process for our patients by accepting electronic form submissions. We can text or email your updated patient forms prior to your appointment to save time, or you can fill them out in office using our tablet. Paper forms will still be available upon request.
We are in-network with Cigna Dental PPO. We also accept CareCredit.
